Alternative Learning System (ALS) delivers the non-formal education such as Basic Literacy Program (BLP) for the illiterates in order for them to have a chance to learn basic literacy that they could use in their daily lives. Continuing Education is another program intended for OSY and Adults in the form of Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) that offers Elementary and Secondary levels. OSY and Adults will have a chance to finish or get a diploma for elementary or secondary level thus giving them opportunity to either continue education in formal school system or pursue the field of work. Some of the programs of Continuing Education are Literary Service Contracting Scheme (LSCS), Learning Support Delivery Sytem (LSDS), Balik Paaralan Para sa Out of School Adults (BPOSA), ALS Arabic Language Islamic Values Education (ALS Alive). Livelihood Skills Program is another program for Continuing Education which more on skills training that could help an individual in their income generating endeavor.
